Litigation Support

- Ogletree Deakins Law Firm, a national Labor and Employment law firm with over 1300 users and 40 locations, is currently seeking a Technology Procurement Manager. This position is responsible technology equipment and software acquisition and the management and oversight of the firm’s technology leases. This position has 2 direct reports, a procurement analyst who is responsible for shipping, receiving, tagging, order coordination and similar activities, and an equipment setup/break-fix coordinator. The later of these 2 direct reports manages imaging equipment prior to distribution, wiping equipment when it is being de-commissioned, and coordinating break-fix activities with vendors, technicians, and 3rd parties. Lease management experience is a mandatory requirement. If you do not have experience managing and working with lease companies and equipment leases, please do not apply as you will not be considered. Some key requirements also include ability to lift equipment of up to 70lbs, strong mathematical and administrative skills, technical background, familiarity with computer equipment and peripherals, strong communications skills. This position is based in Greenville, SC and requires residency in the Upstate area of South Carolina.
