The InterAction Data Steward is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the data in InterAction, our CRM, and provide troubleshooting support for Partner Secretaries.
Job Responsibilities include: Working very closely with Partner Secretaries in the Firm; collecting firm-wide contact (client, supplier, etc.) information and resolving contact information discrepancies; managing the ongoing administration of InterAction including the integrity of the data being brought into the system and the ongoing duplicate management (InterAction comes with these management tools); attending to ongoing maintenance and special projects/applications that arise for InterAction; performing other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements include: Bachelor's degree; 1 + years of working with InterAction; basic technical systems knowledge; familiarity with basic marketing principles; the ability to see projects through to completion; excellent time management and research skills; the ability to communicate effectively; solid verbal and written communication skills; the capability of working well under pressure and coordinating several activities at one time; and the availability to work overtime as needed.
