As a member of the web development group, this individual will be responsible for the analysis, design, development and support of web-based and database-driven applications as well as the company's corporate Intranet Portal.
Responsibilities: Development of custom software solutions that meet the functional and information requirements of the user community. Maintenance and support of existing application systems and programs. Integration of third-party software applications within existing application environment. Development of technical and user documentation for developed applications and programs. Development and execution of quality assurance test plans. Development of new technical skills and business knowledge. Guidance of others regarding web application development standards.
Job Requirements: 3+ years experience with Microsoft.Net framework acting as a technical lead/architect for web based solutions. 5+ years experience designing and developing web-based applications using HTML, XML, XSLT, Javascript, SQL and CSS. 5+ years experience designing and developing database-driven applications using Microsoft SQL Server and .Net. 5+ years Database design and development using SQL Server. The ability to configure and administer an IIS based web site. Experience with SharePoint Portal Server is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills. BS in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
