RESPONSIBILITIES
As the IT Collaborations Analyst you will be responsible for performing analysis, implementation, documentation, maintenance and support of the messaging and collaboration environment and tools. Possess expert level knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, and Communicator, and Symantec Enterprise Vault order to design and develop upgrade and implementation strategies, monitor servers and storage capacity, and deploy patch management strategies. Apply technical and business knowledge to create innovative solutions and support. Have a thorough understanding of the Firm's and department's organizational structure, business goals, policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
1) Bachelor's Degree in related field and / or five or more years of experience in MS Exchange administration and support. 2) Expert level knowledge of unified messaging and faxing tools. 3) Strong level knowledge of MS Exchange and MS Office, Microsoft Certification preferred. 4) In-depth knowledge of MS servers, Veritas, Avamar, SANs, and Active Directory 5) Strong knowledgeof Blackberry Enterprise Server and devices and Symantec Enterprise Vault. 6) Experience with Tumbleweed Product suite, and MS SharePoint is desirable. 7) Experience working with and supporting Microsoft Office Communicator. Experience with VOIP integrations with the Office Communicator client is desirable. 8) Talent for delivering client service through teamwork. 9) High client service ethic and a proven record in delivering exemplary client satisfaction to external and internal client constituencies. 10) Excellent writing skills; ability to present complex ideas succinctly and clearly. 11) Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. 12) Strong technical aptitude and understanding, including ability to quickly learn new applications. 13) Strong initiative to proactively increase value to the position. 14) Ability to manage multiple requests, assess priorities, and achieve solutions under deadlines. 15) Flexibility regarding work schedule to meet position needs outside of regular business hours. 16) Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines under sometimes stressful conditions. 17) Reliability, dependability, and strong motivation to respond to requests quickly. 18) Excellent teamwork skills and a strong client service orientation.

Systems Administrator – SC – Columbia
Thursday, July 1st, 2010Duties and Responsibilities:
• Changes to workflow, accounting, setup and edit lists in CaseAware Manage Module
• Integrations with third party vendors, client reporting and billing websites (setups, maintenance and issue resolution) in CaseAware Integrate and Manage Modules
• Code documents in CaseAware and HotDocs
• Changes/additions to screens, fields and smartfolders in LawBase
• Create reports/queries as necessary in Crystal Reports, LawBase, CaseAware Manage and client reporting and billing systems.
• Maintain/update Court, Client rolodex and department policies in CaseAware Manage and LawBase
• Input and update Trackit with all requests for Crystal Reports, LawBase, HotDocs, CaseAware requests.
• Train users and answer questions
• Monitor performance and manage parameters to insure the needs of front-end users are met.
• Work with others in IT to ensure compliance with department software and client regulations.
• Communicate regularly with IT and staff to ensure case management systems integrity and security.
• Analyze and document business processes and problems.
• Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.
• Manage DSD Intranet Page in Sharepoint; Post e-blasts, training materials, etc
Candidate Requirements/Experience
• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a application administrator, preferably in a Law Firm or similar environment
• Experience in implementation of case management systems, working with third party vendors as necessary
• Experience with IManage, LawBase, SharePoint, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Office Suite 2007
• Technical writing, documentation practices and process analysis experience
• Excellent communication skills---verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills, client/customer skills
• Experience working with non-technical attorneys and staff, gathering requirements and then taking on the role of the liaison between the department and IT
Demonstrated project management skills, including task estimation, time management and project communications.
