SYSTEMS operations ANALYST
Venable LLP, one of the top 100 law firms in the U.S., has an opening for an experienced Systems Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Networking and Systems team in the design, implementation and maintenance of the firm's network and systems management platforms.
Responsibilities include ensuring optimal performance levels of the firm's network and system management solutions, reviewing security patches and system upgrades for operational impact, supporting the firm's data backup and recovery operations, and maintaining data center management tools and environmental systems.
Technical requirements include a minimum of three years of experience maintaining network and systems infrastructure and related components, including hands-on experience with servers and virtual system platforms, disk storage subsystems, network switches and routers, network and systems management platforms, log aggregation and data center monitoring tools.
Other requirements include the ability to travel to all firm offices to perform maintenance on server or networking equipment during off-hours and be on-call for emergency support as needed. The Systems Operations Analyst will report to the Director of Network and Systems Infrastructure.
