- WV-based regional law firm with 8 offices seeks an experienced technology professional to provide the vision and leadership in the development, implementation, and management of the firm's IT resources serving its 500 end users. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience in developing strategic direction, setting business goals, prioritizing initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment and management of current and future IT systems across a large group. Must have exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing, and leadership and team building acumen. Gordon & Rees LLP, a full-service law firm focusing on complex litigation and sophisticated business transactions with nearly 400 attorneys in 17 offices, is seeking an accomplished Web and SharePoint developer to join its Information Technology team. This position interacts with others throughout the firm and collaborates with fellow IT department team members in the design, development and support of custom .NET/SharePoint applications used by employees and clients of the firm.

Qualifications:

- 5-8 years experience developing .NET applications in a Microsoft environment, and 3+ years developing SharePoint applications (proficient in all aspects of SharePoint development, including design and coding of console applications, web applications, web services, workflows & event receivers, web parts, CAML, Forms Services).

- Four (4)-year college degree in computer science. Comparable work experience may be substituted for educational requirement.

- Demonstrated ability to install and maintain development and production SharePoint farms.

- Experience with ColdFusion is desired.

- Ability to produce in a fast-paced/deadline-driven/multi-tasking environment.
