One should have broad technical experience in order to lead a team of engineers and analysts in order to complete project work, including but not limited to: architecting and implementing new technologies, wide area network design, storage management and deploying new enterprise or practice systems. The other position requires the ability to lead a team of engineers and analysts in order to proactively maintain and fine-tune the Firm's network systems; handle server builds, administration and support (including patching), data backup systems, system security monitoring, and data center operations.
Qualified applicants will have 10+ years of demonstrated experience with implementation in a Windows 2003/2008 and Active Directory environment; 3+ years experience in Cisco equipment to include switches, routers, call manager and unity; and at least 3+ years experience with virtualization in VMware, snap and clustering technologies. Working knowledge of VoIP and Unified Messaging; as well as experience with Network Management and security applications is essential. The availability and willingness to work extended and/or alternative hours as needed for issue resolutions, deployments, system upgrades, etc. is necessary.

This organization maintains a state of the art, multi-location network based on a Microsoft/Intel/Cisco platform supporting over 1,000 users.
This position is responsible for the Firm's Network Architecture including data center operations, telecommunications, enterprise applications and security controls. The Director is the senior most technical resource with the Firm and is responsible for ensuring network system reliability and, in cooperation with the Head of Technical Support Services and the CIO, executing the IT department's strategic plan to align technology with the business needs of the Firm.
Qualified applicants will have a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (Advanced degree preferred); 15+ years experience in a multi location professional services organization; 7-10 years experience managing a large group of senior technology professionals; strong project management skills; and recent hands on experience with network and telecommunications technologies.
