Legal Technology Analyst – CO – Denver

- The Practice Support Group (PSG) at Holland & Hart provides support on all legal specific applications.  Holland & Hart is a full service law firm and as such, the PSG supports virtually all areas of law in which the Firm practices.  The group is seeking a technical resource who can work as liason to the various practice groups to ensure that applications are requested, acquired, installed and fully functional.  The right candidate for this position must be an advocate for technology, having a good understanding of the law firm environment (minimum of 3 yrs in supporting legal specific applications in a law firm environment).  This person must also have the ability to lead meetings on technology with groups of attorneys.  Additional duties as assigned, including the responsiblity for the development of extranet sites on a Sharepoint 2003/2007 platform.  A four year degree or combination of education and experience are required.

Downtown Pittsburgh law firm is seeking a full time application support/trainer candidate to serve end users in various capacities to resolve software, hardware and networking issues in a timely manner.  The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an application support or training support role directly with end users.  Experience should include all aspects of desktop-user support through help desk calls, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Lotus Notes, Adobe Acrobat, Worldox and other software applications, configuration and installation of computers, BlackBerry support, classroom and individual training of end users, Access database design and creation of training materials.  Candidate must have effective problem solving skills, display an eagerness and capacity to learn new technologies, demonstrate dedication to quality service and have excellent organizational and written communication skills in a professional environment.

Position requires previous classroom training experience, MOUS and/or 2+ years expert level Microsoft Office suite experience.  Legal environment experience preferred.  Employee must be flexible in work schedule and occasional overtime and after hour support is required.
