Reports to the Technology Manager

Seeking a highly motivated Training Coordinator to be responsible for the design and delivery of personalized, group and online training on technology systems and software. Responsibilities include proactively developing and delivering programs and associated materials for instructor-led classes, one-on-one coaching, e-learning, and skills assessment. The Training Coordinator will be required to assess training and support, assist in developing curriculum, deliver new technology efficiently and in a cost effective manner.  The position will be the end user advocate for the IT team and report to the Manager of Technology-Support and Training.

Responsibilities
• Develop, design and deliver new-hire as well as on-going training materials
• Maintain training information including calendars, databases, and class attendance
• Assist with the creation of in-house training documentation and customizing vendor documentation to meet departmental standards
• Support best practices for technology initiatives
• Become a subject matter expert in specialized applications on projects and/or as needed on other technology
• Assist with quality assurance for new technology pertaining to the end user

Requirements
• Prior teaching/training experience required
• Four year degree a plus 
• Ability to adapt training to various modalities of learning
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products on a Windows platform, preferable Office 2007
• Knowledge of standard law applications including document management system, macro package, CRM, redline software, metadata removal, remote access, time entry, PDF software and portal products
• Strong technical writing skills, specifically the ability to write clear and accurate documentation
• Capable of managing several projects concurrently and to prioritize without loss of detail
• Flexibility in travel, working as a team to resolve problems, performing tasks not specifically identified in the job description, and assuming responsibilities as needs change
