Anyone having problems with Concordance 10 and Concordance Image 5, connecting via a remote Citrix connection?
We upgraded about two months ago and have been having weird problems.
1. Send to Excel wokred for awhile, but stopped. I have Excel open, select my records, click send, and either nothing happens or it sends data from some other database.
2. Create a production, again, same problem, will create a production of tiffs from a previous query and not the current.
3. When creating a production, one query at a time into same directory, the previous tiffs dissappear or are overwritten with the new tiff (production)
4. Overlay stopped working, I export the key field to a database, add new columns with info, create my additional fields in Concordance, export as csv, choose import, delimited, overlay, and the records are appended and not overlayed
5. Different overlay probls: both db and text file have same amount of records, and in same sort order, importing the overlay results in mismatched data.
Sorry this is so long, but am at my wits end, and my coworkers are looking at me like I'm clueless, or making excuses.
Please tell me i'm not the only one.
PS. spoke to lexis they say it's the Citrix environment, spoke to my IT they say it's not. I'm stuck in the middle looking like a dumba$$.
