- Information Technology support position with emphasis on litigation support. Provide first and second level support for Windows XP/7, Microsoft Office, Legal Applications (Prolaw & Elite), user remote access issues, and other desktop software packages. Proactively manage software applications within the office by recommending, training or offering advice to users. Assist in generating client reports, power point presentations, and an interest in understanding legal work. Excellent communication & organization skills are a must.
