A Litigation Support Services company is current seeking a Litigation Support Project Manager to be based in the Houston area.
Requirements include:
- Capable of leading a small team of 3-5 people to deliver excellent customer service with perfect quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral skills and a keen level of attention to detail
- Strong technical skills including database and electronic discovery experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of project management experience
- Some litigation support experience is required
- Bachelors degree or equivalent

- JOB OBJECTIVE:
Under general direction from IT Networks & Infrastructure Manager, manages group responsible for maintaining and supporting the firm-wide telecommunications network including both local- and wide-area networks supporting voice, data, and video communications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Manage telecommunications staff including voice, data and video engineers as well as vendor technicians.
2. Responsible for management, upgrades, and maintenance of all voice systems, LAN and WAN switches and routers, video systems and networks.
3. Responsible for installation, management and maintenance of all voice and data circuits including Frame Relay, MPLS, PRIs, Point-to-Point, and Ethernet Private Line
4. Optimize systems alarm monitoring and proactive alerting for major alarms.
5. Design and implement disaster recovery processes and business continuity procedures for re-establishing connectivity to remote locations
6. Manage the procurement, inventory, and installation of all new and replacement telecommunications equipment for the firm
7. Responsible for accuracy of all recurring and non-recurring telecom bills and annual budgets
8. Manage multiple Toll Free Services and associated call routing
9. Work closely with Systems & Operations group to implement new network designs and concepts, promptly resolve network issues and decrease down time, as well as develop new cost saving and efficiency initiatives
10. Work closely with Help Desk for telecom outage resolution, technician dispatches, and procedural enhancements
11. Provide leadership in the negotiation and execution of all telecom related contracts and invoices
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Extensive telecommunications background with a minimum of 8-10 years experience
2. Experience with Avaya PBX technology, Cisco switches and routers, and Polycom videoconferencing equipment
3. Fundamental understanding of network protocols and data routing, as well as diverse data network technologies
4. Attention to detail, experienced project management skills, and ability to multi-task between multiple assignments
5. Ability to communicate well with others as job requires significant interaction with end-users, vendor representatives, staff, and senior management
6. Must be willing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays and be available on-call as needed
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-motivator and team player
8. Staff supervisory experience
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/ADDITIONAL EDUCATION:
Eight or more years' experience of which at least three need to be in a management position.
