- Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, a prominent international law firm is seeking a Client Contact Database Manager to work at our lower Manhattan location.
Working closely with the Firm's partners, clients and info sys department, the Client Contact Database Manager will be responsible for implementing the Firm-wide usage of the CRM system (Inter Action - web version) by encouraging its use by attorneys and other key staff. The role will be responsible to raise awareness of InterAction's capabilities to the Firm's employees - including but not limited to developing and managing training curriculums, analyzing data and providing reports to add insight into business development initiatives. In conjunction with the IT department, the Client Contact Database Manager will establish clear standards, strategies and operational structures for the maintenance of the InterAction system, including plans for inputting data, report generation and profiling. The manager will supervise a Data Steward.
Applicants must have a 4-year college degree and 5 years client contact database management experience within a large professional services environment. The successful candidate will have the ability to function in a service-oriented, multiple-authorities environment; demonstrate leadership, organizational and team-management skills. Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated understanding of the detailed components of InterAction - web version and its importance to CRM. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
