Position Overview
This position will provide support to customers using the Stroz Review platform, a proprietary document review tool used for high-profile litigation matters. The individual will be responsible for working directly with our clients (top law firms and corporations) in training and supporting them on how to effectively utilize the system to make their document review more efficient and cost effective. A normal work day will include providing training, troubleshooting technical issues and offering guidance on how to best use the system based on the client's goals, all while providing superior customer service.
Essential Job Functions
• Provide customer support by shadowing user sessions to troubleshoot basic connectivity tech issues and escalate larger issues such as unusual system performance to IT.
• Respond to customer questions regarding basic functionality of the Stroz Review platform such as how to create folders/issue tags, print documents, run basic queries and save documents outside the review module.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their deadlines and type of review workflow. Assist with organizing documents by constructing complex queries and creating distribution sets to be assigned to the review team.
• Perform extensive QC of client's production sets to prevent them from making mistakes.
• Deliver high quality training sessions of the Stroz Review platform to our clients either onsite or via remote web conferencing.
• Proactively offer recommendations on utilizing the many Artificial Intelligence features of the system to assist in reducing review time.
• Work closely with development team to resolve system anomalies as well as submit client development requests for new features to improve the overall functionality of Stroz Review.
• Work closely with the Manager of the Stroz Review team, Director of E-Discovery Services and
• Engagement Managers to provide project status updates.
Requirements
• Motivated to provide excellent customer service and focus.
• Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have solid presentation skills and strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to work a monthly rotating shift schedule (8 a.m. to 5 p.m./10 a.m. to 7 p.m./ 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.)
Education Required
• Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience Required
• A minimum of 2 - 4 years experience working with E-discovery matters as an Associate, Paralegal or Litigation Support specialist.
Work Experience Preferred
• Preferred experience in Go-to-Meeting remote training application and Microsoft Office software.
