CRM Systems Coordinator – CA – Los Angeles
Tuesday, February 9th, 2010Under the direct supervision of the Marketing Information Systems Senior Coordinator, the CRM Systems Coordinator serves as the primary data steward for the Firm's LexisNexis InterAction CRM environment, responsible for data quality, usage guidelines, mass mailings, and related systems.
In this capacity, the CRM Systems Coordinator will:
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks relating to maintaining and improving the quality of InterAction contact data;
• Manage marketing mailing lists;
• Prepare, distribute, monitor and track responses to mass mailings;
• Research and track competitor organizations and personnel;
• Train and assist Business Development users in best practices for CRM-related tasks, including data entry, list building, searching and reporting;
• Serve as a backup for the Marketing Information Systems Senior Coordinator;
• Work overtime as required; and
• Handle additional related projects as required.
In addition, the CRM Systems Coordinator will be expected to have:
• Advanced-level proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word;
• Advanced-level proficiency in InterAction (Windows Client and Web Client applications) and related applications and systems, including the Tikit eMarketing Solutions suite (E-Merge, ReAction Server and BounceBack);
• Fundamental knowledge of technical principals and best practices for electronic communications, including email and websites;
• Fundamental knowledge of HTML code and principals;
• Fundamental knowledge of IT backend systems and best practices;
• Fundamental knowledge of software installation, configuration and troubleshooting;
• The ability to type a minimum of 60 WPM accurately;
• A strong customer focus;
• An exceptional eye for detail;
• Strong interpersonal skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Knowledge of office practices and procedures, including telephone etiquette;
• Fundamental proficiency in rules of spelling, grammar and punctuation
Education and Experience
Any combination equivalent to:
• At least 2 years of business office experience;
• At least 2 years experience working with and supporting office applications and data integrity/quality issues;
• At least 2 years direct experience with a CRM software environment (strongly preferred), LexisNexis InterAction CRM (preferred);
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
