Litigation Support Manager – CO – Denver

This position is responsible for providing litigation support technology to our attorneys and paralegals, including working with them to define requirements and then organize and manage case-related electronic documents.  This includes analysis; project design; development of specifications and budget; application training; project oversight and status reporting; change management; the review and loading of information into litigation databases; and coordination of all communications with litigation team regarding all aspects of the project.

Job description

• Advise litigation teams on best practices for preservation, collection, review and production of electronic data
• Work as a liaison between paralegals and 3rd party vendors
• Work with internal clients to define the requirement, organization, and management of evidence and case related data
• Work with litigation staff to manage large coding/review projects
• Perform in-house processing of small to medium size e-discovery and scanning projects
• Maintain firm-specific Best Practices documentation for internal clients and 3rd-party vendors
• Work with litigation staff to create and manage web-based repositories
• Maintain department training documentation 
• Provide training to litigation department for litigation specific programs
• Support for trial preparation and court room presentation of electronic evidence
• Ability to be flexible with hours and work during non-traditional business hours when case deadlines demand

Education and professional experience requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess:
•         B.A. degree, paralegal certificate or equivalent, and project management training or certification
•         In addition, candidates should have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a team-oriented work style
•         Previous experience working in the Litigation Support department of a law firm, corporate legal department, and/or Litigation Support vendor
